Ross Realty Investments, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Albert Ross and Barry Ross. Since that time, Ross Realty has established itself as one of South Florida's most well-respected commercial real estate companies.

We specialize in the acquisition, development, management and leasing of retail shopping centers, suburban office buildings, net leases, and build-to-suits. Ross Realty has acquired and developed several million square feet of space throughout the Southeastern United States — though our primary focus remains Southern Florida.

The foundation of our success is our understanding of the importance of an impeccable reputation, built through long-term relationships with brokers, tenants, owners, lenders and investors. Over the years, Ross Realty Investments has made commercial real estate its only business and has consistently adapted to market conditions to perform well in every cycle.
